We hope you love your Kiara Rose jewellery, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a flexible returns and exchange policy.
How to Return or Exchange
- Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Email support@kiararose.comwith order number and return details.
- Once approved, you'll get instructions on how to return your item(s).
- For exchanges, the quickest way to proceed is to request a return for your original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Important Information
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
- For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless faulty.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the postage costs of returning items.
